Shipping

Most Products are in stock and will ship the same or next day.
Orders are shipped UPS ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air.

Orders over 100 lbs. will be shipped via truck to minimize your cost.
We will promptly contact you with truck freight cost. (calculated per order over 100 lbs.)

Some products may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer to assist with availability and prompt delivery.

Pricing Information

Lloyd's of Indiana cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order is placed. Pricing errors may occur on the Web Sites or through Lloyd's of Indiana locations. Lloyd's of Indiana reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice. Lloyd's of Indiana may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products may be different on the Web Sites or from prices available in our stores.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return any unopened product(s) with in 30 days in the original box and packaging for a full refund or credit, less shipping expense.

General Warranty Policies

Lloyd’s of Indiana, Inc. will pass on to its customers each manufacturer’s standard limited warranty, if any.

If a product you purchased through Lloyd’s of Indiana, Inc. fails during the warranty period,

You must contact us before returning the product, to determine the proper return or repair procedure.
All terms of the warranty must be met.
Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service. Every customer must carefully read through the terms and conditions stated in the warranty.

Some warranties are limited to the retail price paid for the product. NEITHER WARRANTOR NOR MANUFAC- TURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT AND SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. These warranties do not cover miscellaneous expenses for removal, installation, service, or down time, nor does it cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages caused by abuse (including misuse,neglect,orfailuretofollowmanufacture’soperatingand/orinstallationinstructions).
