The DESTROYIT 2604 Centralized Office Strip-Cut Paper Shredder features a patented Electronic Capacity Control (ECC) that monitors sheet capacity during operation to help prevent jams, and a Comprehensive SPS safety package which includes: Easy Switch control element using illuminated color codes and symbols to indicate operational status and functions as an emergency stop switch; patented, electronically controlled, transparent safety shield in the feed opening; automatic power cut-off when cabinet is opened or shred bin is full; automatic reverse and power cut-off when overfed; double protection against overheating; and the Zero Energy Consumption sleep mode cuts off the power supply after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Using the shredder is super easy with a photo cell controlled start and stop that automatically activates shredding when paper is inserted.
