As there are two main areas of laminators (pouch laminators and roll laminators), each laminating machine of its class has its own type of lamination supplies. Roll laminators (heated, commercial or educational) use what is known as roll laminating film. Roll laminating film is bound around either a 1" or 3" core roll that is used for most roll laminators. Pouch laminators use what is known as lamination pouches or lamination sheets. A lamination pouch is sealed on one edge, allowing you to insert paper or cards before running through the laminator to heat and seal the pouch.
