The MBM AeroCut X Pro combines all the functions you need for digital print finishing applications. Cut and finish business cards, postcards, greeting cards, tent cards, and so much more. Thanks to Intellicut Software, the AeroCut X Pro even adjusts its cutters and scorers automatically.

The 10" color touchscreen greatly improves visibility and operability, while delivering the highest processing speed in the AeroCut series. With an even more intuitive interface, the X Pro is the ideal solution for digital print finishing.

The cutting unit is equipped with an ionizer, reducing static electricity that might cause cut scraps to cling to the blade. Also featuring a cross and jump perforation unit, the X Pro is capable of perforating along the feed direction, across the feed direction, AND jump to any position along the feed direction, allowing partially perforated sheets, like flyers with coupons.

Other improvements over the AeroCut X include a newly developed crease mode that increases production up to 4,080 sheets per hour (8.5"x11" paper with one crease). The conveyor stacker aligns ejected cards from the Aerocut X Pro onto the belt which helps an operator to sort and collect the output easily, especially in high volume operations.

Here's how it works.

1. A designer uses their design software, incorporated with Lytrod's Intellicut Software, to design a sheet of cards, let's say a 12-up layout.
2. Intellicut imposes a bardcode on the margin of the design as it's sent to the printer.
3. Intellicut also sends that program to the AeroCut X Pro for storage.
4. After printing, the sheet (with barcode) is fed into the AeroCut X Pro where a barcode reader recognizes the job, automatically recalls the corresponding program and adjusts the machine for processing.
5. The AeroCut X Pro produces perfectly cut, scored, creased and/or perforated cards in one pass!

The color touchscreen allows easy adjustments and programming to fine-tune any alignment issues. And maintenance is a breeze with lift out cutters and rollers. Digital finishing has never been easier!
