The PP3040W is the largest stand alone sealer in the lineup, boasting a 30" x 40" sealing area. Capable of sealing large and small items, the PP3040W was built for all day production. The heavy-duty construction can handle thousands of packages a day without breaking a sweat... if machines could sweat.

Made with a NiChrome wire seal blade for higher output sealing. NiChrome wires are stronger, more durable and more easily replaced, which keeps your operation running longer.

Once the seal is complete, and the sealing bar releases, the discharge conveyor directly under the sealing area transports products into an exit bin or couple with a shrink tunnel to remove another step from your shrink wrap operation.
